Team training and onboarding
We get your team adopting the software they already use, whether we built it or not. Hands-on training on your own system, in the tools we know well like Zoho, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk and Shopify, until adoption sticks. New to customer support? Our Job Ready programme trains individuals from scratch.
Included in every project: data privacy, interpreted. Plain answers on where your customer data lives, who is responsible for it and what to ask your vendor.
