Anced Hub Digital runs ancedhub.com and supporttraining.ancedhub.com. You can contact us about anything on this page at hello@ancedhub.com.
What we collect
This site collects personal data only when you choose to contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, the topic of your enquiry and your message. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it. We do not sell your data, add you to a mailing list without asking or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed by Zoho Forms and delivered to our Zoho Mail inbox. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are served from this website, not from a third party. The contact form is loaded from Zoho only when you open it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them when you ask us to, unless we need to keep a record of work we have done for you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ancedhub.com and we will respond promptly.
