A workforce and payroll platform for a facility-management company.
A cleaning and facility-management business was running staff, contracts and payroll across venues on spreadsheets and messages. We built them one web app to manage it all: establishments and contracts, staff and rates, attendance, and a payroll report that exports in a click.

The owner opens the app and sees total contract revenue, payouts due and net margin for the month, with a live chart of payout pacing. No spreadsheet, no waiting for a report.
Establishments and contracts
Every venue, contract and supervisor in one place
Each establishment holds its contact, its contract value and the supervisor assigned to it. Adding a new site or reassigning a supervisor takes seconds, and the dashboard updates with it.
Personnel management
Staff, roles and rates, organised by site
Every staff member sits under their establishment with their role, shift rate and active status. Search by name, role or venue, add a new hire, or switch someone active or inactive with one tap.
Payroll
Payroll worked out, ready to pay
Filter by month and establishment, and the app calculates each person’s payout from their attendance and shift rate, totals the payout due, and exports the whole run to CSV. What used to take a day of spreadsheet work is now a few clicks.

A customs document checker for a freight and logistics business.
Freight forwarders and traders filing with Qatar customs lose time and money to small document errors: quantities that do not match across papers, totals that do not add up, a certificate that is missing from the set. We built a web app that reviews a shipment’s documents together and flags the problems before they reach the border.

A second pair of eyes before you file
The user starts a check, names the business, and the app reviews the shipment’s documents together, reporting where they disagree. The goal is to catch avoidable delays, inspections and penalties at the desk instead of at the border.
Document review
Upload the whole set, get the mismatches back
Upload the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading together, and the app checks them against each other for mismatched quantities and descriptions, arithmetic that does not add up, and required documents that are missing. Built-in sample scenarios let a first-time user see it work in one click.
Records
Every check kept on file
Each shipment reviewed is filed under its business, with running totals for shipments checked, issues flagged and the estimated exposure avoided. The business can search past checks and see, over time, what the review has been catching.
