Our story
How Anced Hub grew.
Anced Hub started as a consultancy, setting up helpdesks and Shopify stores and training the people who ran them. We kept meeting the same problem: businesses buying good software, then losing its value because it was never set up properly or the team was never trained to use it.
As clients asked us to go further, we grew into a full service. We now build the software a business runs on, set up the support systems around it, and train the team until they can run everything without depending on us.
Today we are a team of seven, with capable engineers and a clear, organised way of working. We take every project from the first conversation to a working system, with one point of contact the whole way through.

The founder
Anaebo Edith Chinonye
Anced Hub is founded and led by Anaebo Edith Chinonye, an implementation consultant and support trainer with 13+ years in customer-facing operations.
She works at the point where software meets the people using it: setting up the systems, training the teams, and making sure a new tool actually gets adopted instead of sitting unused. CCSS and CCSA certified.

A few things worth knowing
Do you actually build the software, or just advise?
We build. We have a team of skilled engineers who build and customise websites, apps, custom software and integrations, each one tailored to the client’s needs, with one point of contact from first call to go-live.
Which support tools do you work with?
Freshdesk, Zoho Desk and Shopify. If none of those fit your budget or needs, we can build a custom support system instead.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Many clients start with a support setup or a build, then add training later. You take what you need, when you need it.
Do you give legal advice on data protection?
No. We explain what your setup means for your data in plain language and flag what to check. For formal legal opinions, we work alongside your counsel.
